How To Perform Various Hatha Yoga PosesWhen we hear
the word Yoga our mind starts to visualize various poses and
postures of yoga all at once. In reality, almost all the common postures
of yoga are Hatha yoga poses and we are able to identify them because
these are often performed in gyms and studios all across the US.
Make The Maximum Of Different Hatha Yoga Poses Every individual, as a beginner, has to go through a series of foundation Hatha yoga poses that can vary from instructor to instructor. Many yoga teachers start with simple warm up workouts, like moving the upper body while squatting, to stimulate the body circulation and all part of the body. You will also be asked to switch your position form right to left to make sure each and every part is thoroughly stimulated before performing Hatha yoga poses. You may be even taught a series of Hatha yoga poses that has to be performed all together in a sequential order. Like, the first pose starts while standing and then gradually moves to other poses and finally stops at 'up dog' position and then the practioners comes back to the original posture of standing straight. All this while the individual should have a controlled breathing and should also follow deep breathing. While performing the series of Hatha yoga poses the individual should stand at ease with the hands on the sides and then slowly stretching them out while inhaling through the nose. Next, the practioner should push the hip frontward with an arched back and at the same time stretching the head backward. All this while the practioner has to be breathing in and stretch his arms straight up. The next step is to slowly breathe out and bend forward in such a manner that the face touches the knees and the hands touching the floor. The practioners should stand straight in this posture, in the sense that the knees should not be bent in any case. Here is another interesting Hatha yoga pose which you need to perform under the strict guidance of a yoga instructor. First of all stand straight and then slowly bend forward such that your hands touch the ground. Then keep your right leg two steps behind forming a 90o at your left knee while you breathe in during the process. Then slowly keep your left foot next to the right one and push your buttocks upward. This is the dog down posture where your head should be right between your hands, heels stuck on the floor, legs straight and all this is done while exhaling the toxic air out. Finally,
you will have to perform the last Hatha yoga pose before you complete
the series and stand at ease again. After the 'down dog posture,
slowly inhale fresh air and push back your hip, fold your knees. Make
sure you keep your arms straight while stretching the chest and chin to
come back to the 'up dog' posture. Yoga Kick Start Kit Today!
