Tips and Steps for Good Yoga PostureYoga is used

Your legs and feet are joined together during this pose. Place you palms down below your shoulder. The next step is to lift the upper body slowly by first lifting the head and the chest. When you do this make sure that the shoulder is down on the floor. Also make sure your pelvis and thighs are on the mat. The final step in this exercise is to hold this pose for 10 to 30 seconds. Breathe in and out through the nose. Hold this pose for 20 seconds. Get back to the standing position gradually and release the arms. The Wind-Relieving Posture This posture finds its use in stretching your spine and also helps in digestion. Proper digestion is necessary to keep you fresh and healthy. This pose helps you in that. The first step is to recline on your back and drag your right knee near your chest. You left leg should be straight on the ground. The second step is to hold you knee tightly and push your shoulders and neck to the ground while you hold it. Breathe for 10 seconds. The third step is to do the same pose with the left leg while your right leg is straight on the ground. The final step is to hold both the knees in that position and complete the set by breathing for another 10 seconds. Repeat the set again. The Upward Boat Posture This pose is also used to strengthen you abs and to help you in digestion. To start with, sit down on the floor and bend your knees and place your feet on the floor flatly. The next step is to breathe in and bend back with the heels off the ground. Straighten your legs. Palms facing down expand your arms. Some people might find it difficult to hold their legs straight. In that case you can use you hands to hold your legs under the knee. Regular practice would make it easier for you to do this pose. Hold the
pose for 30 seconds while you keep your back straight. This will work
